Integration with the Scope Module
This document helps us capture our AIR in plain language, but the actual structured requirements including formats, units, delivery dates, and responsibilities are created and managed in the Plannerly Scope module.
Once we’ve identified what operational data we need, we can:
Scope Module Capabilities
- Create asset-specific information requirements in Scope
- Assign responsibility to the right team or supply chain partner
- Define data formats, such as units (e.g., °C, kW, mm), expected values, or classifications
- Map each property to standard COBie fields or IFC property sets
- Set up verification logic, to check whether required data has been delivered
- Track delivery status, approvals, and version history
These structured AIR definitions ensure that our information can be exchanged, verified, and reused.
